According to a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, those who consume orange juice daily, have a 24% lower risk of having brain stroke than others. At the same time, the risk of heart-related diseases also becomes lower. For this study, the team of researchers has tested upon 35,000 men and women between the age group of 20 to 70 years. Fresh fruit juice is considered very healthy but in the last few years, people are trying to avoid them due to the excessive amount of sugar present in the juice.

Researchers from the Netherland National Institute for Public Health stated that not just orange, but other juices are beneficial for health too and they also reduce the risk of stroke.
